Her latest movie Speed Racer might have bombed the box office, but this is only a minor setback for Christina Ricci’s film career.
Known for her quirky choice of roles, Ricci has established herself as an actress without any inhibitions. She is even rumored to have sent the director of Black Snake Moan naked pictures of herself to bag the role of a nymphomaniac.
But I wonder if she sent them before she lost so much of her body weight or after. Christina, regardless of her petite size and frame was no wastrel of a woman in her early days as the girl-child Katrina from The Legend of Sleepy Hollow.
Her battle with anorexia still leaves her with skepticism about the glam business’ obsession with the prefect body and she states that if she would enter showbiz today, she would be called overweight.
Christina, despite her small size says she wouldn’t rule out having cosmetic surgery of any kind. Looking at her delicate size, it would be better of she went in for some plastic surgery procedures that add to her lost curves- like a breast augmentation or a face implant surgery.
Cosmetic surgery procedures that reduce body fat and volume like liposuction or tummy tuck surgery wouldn’t be a good idea as she has very less body volume right now to begin with.
Let’s just hope that she makes the right choice of plastic surgery procedures in accordance to her body size.
