Pre Operative Hip liposuction Care At: The Plastic Surgery Institute of California

Hip liposuction is a plastic surgery intended to help contour localized areas of excess fat in the hips. The aim of the plastic surgeon is to create a new shape that will complement and work in harmony with the other proportions of a plastic surgery patient's body.

Hip liposuction can help men and women to regain a slimmer figure within a few days.

The pre operative care for the hip liposuction procedure involves abstaining from the intake of any medicines containing aspirin, ibuprofen, Vitamin E for two weeks before the plastic surgery.

The potential hip liposuction patients should refrain from all nicotine products such as cigarettes, pipe tobacco etc for about two weeks prior to the liposuction procedure.

They should avoid drinking alcohol one week prior to the hip liposuction surgery. The potential liposuction patients should not eat or drink anything after midnight of the night before the plastic surgery.

At the Plastic Surgery Institute of California, the goal of our board certified plastic surgeons is to provide all the information about the pre operative care measures to the liposuction patients.
